  • Where are you located?
    Inside of My Salon Suite in Rogers, MN. The building is secured, so you must have an appointment to be allowed inside. 21051 135th Ave N, Suite 115, Rogers, MN 55374
  • Do you take walk-in appointments?
    No - we are an appointment only business.
  • Your availability only shows specific days, but I want to come in sooner. What do I do?
    What is posted on our booking site for availability is simply what I have available for appointments. Please don't reach out to me asking for availability same or next day. You can join the waitlist if a specific spot is desired!
  • Is a consultation required for new clients?
    Yes it is, for all clients I have not seen before. At SBD, we are corrective, results driven, not a one-stop facial spot. I expect those coming to be committed to prioritizing their skin health . If you have no intention to start using professional-grade homecare or doing monthly treatments, I will refer you elsewhere.
  • Can I just walk in at my appointment time?
    I am a one-woman show and often booked with my clients back-to-back, so please wait patiently in your car or the small lobby area until your exact appointment start time, then buzz to enter the salon suite building. If I am running slightly early/behind, you will receive a text, but otherwise please wait until your exact appointment time to enter the building.
  • How can I prepare for my appointment?
    Avoid any harsh, exfoliating products at least 3-7 days prior to your appointment. Please arrive wearing little to no makeup, if possible. Do not receive any facial waxing or any facial services at least 2 weeks in advance. Lastly, be ready to transform your skin! Be prepared to avoid sweating and sun exposure at least 24 hours after your appointment.
  • I am running out of products, what do I do?
    Order your needed restock(s) on the products page of the booking site, and select pickup or shipping when checking out. There is a flat fee rate of $5 for shipping. Pickup is free at the suite location.
